Eduardo Montes is a California Registered Nurse with more than 14 years of hospital experience, including years spent in critical care and intensive care units. He founded Coastal Concierge Wellness to bring the same standards he practiced at the bedside — sterile technique, careful assessment, and true clinical judgment — into a private, unhurried setting.

Coastal Concierge Wellness operates under the medical direction of Seth Dinowitz, MD. Clinical services are provided under physician oversight in accordance with California regulations. Dr. Dinowitz supervises the practice's clinical protocols; he does not personally evaluate or treat every patient.

- At our private Mission Valley studio beginning November 11, and through concierge mobile care in La Jolla, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Coronado, downtown San Diego, and throughout San Diego County — home, hotel, private residence, or office. By appointment only.

- Yes. Coastal Concierge Wellness Aesthetic & Wellness, PC is a private medical practice operating under the medical direction of Seth Dinowitz, MD. All services are delivered under physician oversight in accordance with California regulations.
- Who administers the treatments?
- Every visit is personally performed by Eduardo Montes, a California Registered Nurse with more than 14 years of hospital experience, including critical care.
- How do you decide what is safe for me?
- Every appointment includes a private health screening, review of medical history and medications, and a set of baseline vital signs. Treatment is only provided when it is clinically appropriate for you that day.
- What are your hours?
- By appointment. Same-day availability is often possible, and after-hours or weekend visits can be arranged in advance for concierge clients.
